Never ordered online before? No problem — it’s very straightforward and you are just three steps away:
Step 1: Find your lenses
The quickest way to find your lenses is to type the brand name into the search bar at the top of the website and select your lenses from the results. You will find the brand name, lens type and manufacturer on your prescription.
Alternatively, you can browse by clicking on ‘Contact Lenses’ at the top of the page. A dropdown menu on the left lets you filter by manufacturer or lens type.
Once you have found your lenses, simply click on them and you will be taken to the product page.
Step 2: Enter your prescription
Once you have found your lenses, you will need to enter your prescription values. You can find these on the side of your lens box, or simply ask your optician. If you have a different prescription for each eye, tick ‘Both eyes’.
If you are not sure what the numbers mean, we have included more information below — otherwise you can go straight to step three.
First, enter the lens power (also known as sphere or dioptre), which sets the strength of your correction. If you are longsighted, this number will begin with a plus sign (+); if you are shortsighted, it will begin with a minus sign (-).
Below the power field, enter your base curve and diameter values. Together, these determine how the lens fits the shape of your eye.
Step 3: Complete your order
Once you have entered your prescription values, select the number of boxes you want for each eye and click ‘Add to basket’. You can then review your order and prescription details before completing payment.
If you are a new customer, you will need to create an account — a quick and easy process that will let you reorder with a single click next time. Once your account is set up, simply enter your delivery address and payment details, select your delivery option and click ‘Place order’.
And that’s it — sit back and leave the rest to us.
